Global Awarded an IDIQ MATOC by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering & Support Center,Huntsville for operations and maintenance engineering enhancement (OMEE) services

November 2010 Renton, Washington Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $165,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract with firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials task orders contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering & Support Center, Huntsville. This acquisition is for acquiring O&M services under NAICS code 561210, facilities support services, to preserve and maintain government medical and non-medical real property facilities in such a condition that they may be effectively used for their designated functional purpose. Although this acquisition applies to both medical and non-medical facilities located inside and outside the contiguous United States, the primary focus of this acquisition will be medical facilities located inside the contiguous United States. This acquisition will provide operations and maintenance engineering enhancement (OMEE) services at ambulatory care facilities including non-complex specialized O&M services. Work is to be performed in England, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, and Cuba, with an estimated completion date of November 7, 2016.

Global Awarded an IDIQ MATOC by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District

July 2010 Renton, Washington Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $50,000,000 IDIQ MATOC by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District to provide General Construction, including Design-Build Work, and Design-Bid-Build Work, for for a broad range of military renovation and construction projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Projects will involve a variety of trades such as demolition, carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior/exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, steam welding, asbestos, lead paint abatement incidental to construction, and/or project design.

Global Awarded a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division

June 2010, Renton, Washington, Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $45,000,000 Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division mission for use primarily for areas around and including Presidio of Monterey / Camp Roberts / Fort Hunter-Liggett, California. This was a "Best Value" construction solicitation primarily for renovations (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs) involving various industry (electrical, mechanical, etc.) efforts.

GLOBAL Awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Medium-Multiple Award Construction Contract (Med-MACC) for South Texas area responsibility of NAVFAC Southeast

March 2010 Renton, Washington - Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award design-bid-build construction contract for general building type projects at military installations in the south Texas region of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of responsibility (AOR). All work on this contract will be performed in the south Texas region of the NAVFAC Southeast AOR. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of March 2015.

GLOBAL Awarded a Medical Facilities Multiple Award Design/Build Contract by the US Army

December 2009 Renton, Washington - Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $750 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District for the Renovation, Repair and Minor Construction for DoD Army Medical Facilities and Support Facilities in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This contract is intended to provide quick response to repair/restoration, and minor construction requirements relating to, but not limited to, the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) medical facilities in a cost effective manner. MEDCOM medical facility repair and minor construction shall conform as applicable to the requirements of the Joint Commission, Management of the Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety Management Standards; the Department of Health and Human Services - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; the College of American Pathologists; the Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine\ (CHPPM); and the American Association Accreditation Laboratory Animal Care. Projects shall also comply with the requirements of the technical criteria compliance with UFC 4-510-01, Design: Medical Military Facilities and applicable NFPA Standards
