November 2009 Renton, Washington - Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced the SBA approved a mentor-protégé agreement between Global LLC and HMR Construction, Inc, under the Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program. The agreement was approved and awarded through the SBA Fresno District Office.
