Our subcontractors are valuable members of the Global, LLC team. Effective monitoring and control of subcontract work will involve the Program Manager, Regional Managers, Project Managers and our QC/Safety Officer. We will check subcontractor performance, review management reports, participate in problem resolution conferences, and maintain is checked a daily basis to ensure schedules are met and performance is satisfactory. In addition, our staff will assist you, the subcontractor, as necessary, in the resolution of schedule conflicts or other routine problems.
Problem resolution will be positive and effective as a result of our combined system of monitoring, checking, inspecting, and assisting subcontractors as necessary. Our project management staff will maintain a constant state of awareness of any problems in subcontractor performance so that corrective action can be initiated before contract performance can be affected. Immediate and effective corrective actions will be taken to eliminate the cause of these problems by working with the subcontractor and assisting, as necessary, within the terms of the subcontract. This positive approach to problem resolution is in the best interest of all concerned and will pay significant dividends in subcontractor relations and contract performance. Our goal is to have great communications, excellent project results and a content team working on each job.
